Magnesium Grounding Anode

Magnesium grounding anodes naturally aid in prolonging the life of your tracer wire system since anodes are "sacrifical" to prevent corrosion. In directional drilling installations, it is common for tracer wire to experience abrasion to the insulation which can sometimes expose the wire under the insulation. When this happens, the anode gives off electrons to over time to prevent corrosion to the exposed tracer wire conductor.
