Description:
Zinc Ribbon Anode is consists of galvanized steel wire core, wrapped by extruded high-grade zinc (SHG).
Zinc ribbon anodes provide a simple, cost effective, low maintenance method of corrosion control. So zinc ribbon anodes are especially useful for unattended applications , such as : Steel Pipe, Insulated flange, other steel structures under tower
Feature:
1. High output current to volume ratio
2. High current efficiency>95%
3. Even distribution of current density due to continuous ribbon formation
4. Self-regulating current output
5. Excellent tensile strength and hardness
6. Easily cut to length
7. Product flexibility ensures installation in Coldweather(-22/-30℃)
Application:
Zinc ribbon anodes are used for cathodic protection on buried pipelines, for example:
1. AC. mitigation on pipelines,
2. Sacrificial cathodic protection of secondary bottoms on above-ground storage tanks,
3. A.C. mitigation grounding mats and for other corrosion protection applications.
